Founded by the Phoenicians around 1100 BC, this coastal city has a rich heritage that is reflected in its architecture, culture and, of course, its cuisine. The old town of Cadiz is one of the most beautiful and best preserved in Spain. Its narrow streets, lively squares and softly coloured buildings invite you to get lost in a journey that seems to transport visitors to another era. We will visit the city accompanied by a local guide. Lunch at the clients' expense. Rest of the afternoon free to continue with the visit of this city and its numerous squares, such as the Plaza de las Flores, a bustling place where flower sellers offer their products and where you can taste tapas in the open air. At the agreed time return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation

During the tour, we will be able to observe the ageing process in oak barrels, to finish with a tasting of its best products. Lunch at the clients' expense. After lunch we will head to VEJER DE LA FRONTERA, one of the most beautiful villages in the Sierra de Cádiz. This white village, with its labyrinth of cobbled streets and white facades, offers an authentic Andalusian experience. At the indicated time, return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
• SETENIL DE LAS BODEGAS AND OLVERA: The Stunning Landscapes of the Rocks
Breakfast and departure to the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz to discover SETENIL DE LAS BODEGAS and OLVERA, two of the most picturesque and emblematic villages on the route of the White Villages, each with its own identity and unique charm. Setenil de las Bodegas is famous for its unique houses that are integrated into the rock, creating an urban landscape that is unique in the world. As you walk through the narrow streets of Setenil, you can see how traditional houses take advantage of the local geography, using the rocks as natural walls. Lunch at the clients' expense. After lunch we will visit Olvera, a beautiful village with Arab roots declared a historical-artistic site. Its streets twist capriciously on the slope of the land and firmly hold the aroma of the plants that adorn walls and windows. Return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
• WINE ROUTE OF CÁDIZ AND ARCOS DE LA FRONTERA - Cadiz flavours and historical beauty
In the morning, we will embark on the WINE ROUTE OF CÁDIZ, a tour of one of the most interesting wine regions in Andalusia. We will take a guided tour of their vineyards and barrel room, where we will learn about the process of making their wines. At the end, we will enjoy a guided tasting in which we will try several of their star products, accompanied by local appetizers such as cheeses, sausages and Andalusian breadsticks. After the visit to the winery, we will head towards ARCOS DE LA FRONTERA, one of the most beautiful and emblematic towns on the Route of the White Villages. This town, crowned by its impressive rock, offers spectacular views of the Guadalete River and the landscapes of the Cádiz countryside. Lunch at the clients' expense.
